How long has your agency been providing private duty home care?
HAH has been providing senior in-home care since 2023.
Do you develop written care plans in consultation with the client and his/her family members? Do you update these plans as changes occur?
HAH creates a written plan starting our first consultation with the family and aligns such a plan with changes as appropriate.
How do you handle emergencies after normal business hours?
HAH’s staff is available 24/7 to handle any emergencies. In case of medical emergencies call 911.
How do you ensure the top quality of care, including the maintenance of a daily journal in the client’s home and non-scheduled supervisory visits?
The management team reviews journals and makes a number of non-scheduled visits to check the quality of care received by clients.
Does the agency employ nurses, social workers, or other qualified professionals to make regular visits to the client’s home?
HAH works with a number of medical, social, and other service providers. Each of those should pass our requirements on quality and ethics.
Do you provide a written document that outlines the client's rights and responsibilities and explains the company’s privacy policy and code of ethics?
